		<description>I wonder if the programing language or technology used to deliver content via the web is really relevant. The tech is supposed to support the ideas and while there certainly is a relation it seems to me like focusing on those aspects is a bit like trying to improve the quality of paper, printing and binding in order to bring about the next revolution in fiction.</description>
